I wasn't sure if to put this here, or in parent talk, but seeing it is mostly about books I figured it fitted here better.
Anyway, I am about to begin a course in professional children's writing. I want to write books for kids.
So I have a question for anyone who has kids, or has anything to do with them.
What kinds of books do your children like to read or being read to them?
you can either respond here, or private message or email me...anything works really.
I would like to know things like, the age of the child/children, and the kinds of things they like reading/hearing about. Anything from infants up to teenagers. I don't need authors if you don't know them off hand, just the subjects they prefer to read...real life stuff, educational stuff, fantisy.. that kind of thing.
Anything you could tell me is much appreciated.
And hahaha I know that one question kind of turned into a few questions
I read to my one year old daughter some times.
I read to her a book about bears.
It is a counting book.
It does not have a auger so I would not be able to tell you that.
Oh ya I forgot to tell you8 that she also has a book called mere me it is a near book.
It also doesn't have a author on that book rather.
